By using BuildixAI, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Code Ownership
You retain full ownership of all code generated through BuildixAI. We claim no intellectual property rights over the websites, applications, or software you create using our service. You are free to use, modify, distribute, and commercialize the generated code without restriction.
3. Service Usage
You agree not to use BuildixAI for any illegal purposes, to generate malware, spam, or content that violates applicable laws. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms.
4. Credits and Payments
Credits are non-refundable unless required by law. Unused credits remain in your account indefinitely. Pricing is subject to change with notice. All transactions are processed securely by Stripe.
5. Limitation of Liability
BuildixAI provides the service "as is" without warranty. We are not liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the service. Generated code should be reviewed before production deployment.
6. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
